I am not one who cooks often but when I do, I go all in for home cooked meals that fill up our home with savory scents. Crockpot meals are my go to!
It’s easy to send my partner to the store with a short grocery list of ingredients. Chop everything up and toss them in to cook all day and dinner is served. Bonus when there’s leftovers!
Crockpot recipes are great for postpartum recovery meal preparation. It’s easy to prep the ingredients ahead of time, store and label in a freezer bag, and store frozen until needed.
